Accents on Artists
Help & Support
Simple steps for finding an artist, listening to a recording, and keeping access to your audiobook.
Find an artist and hear a recording
- Browse the artist collection alphabetically, or use the search box to look for a name, pronunciation, or other details.
- Open an artist card to see the pronunciation and available information. If a recording is available, use the audio player in the card to listen.
- Use the player controls to start, pause, or replay a recording. Some cards may not have an individual recording.
For more about the edition and its contents, visit the audiobook landing page.
Keep your access code somewhere safe
Save Accents-access-code.txt and keep it somewhere you can find again. It normally downloads to your Downloads folder, although your browser's download settings may choose a different location.
The saved file contains the code you can use at Recover access if you need to open the audiobook again on this or another device. Keep the file and code private. Do not send the code to anyone or include it in an email.
plink_ is not your access code. The saved file restores access to the online audiobook; it is not audio and does not provide offline listening.
A bookmark or desktop shortcut can make it easier to reopen the site, but it does not replace your saved recovery code and does not make the audio available offline. Browser cookies help remember access on a device; clearing cookies, using private browsing, changing browsers, or switching devices may mean you need to recover access with your saved code.
An access-code email is not sent automatically, so keep your downloaded file safe.
Open your audiobook again
- Find and open your saved Accents-access-code.txt file.
- Copy the private code inside, without the instructions above it.
- Visit Recover Your Purchase on the device you want to use.
- Paste the code into Private access code and select Open My Edition.
If you cannot find the file or the code is not accepted, contact support below rather than purchasing again.
Payment or access problem?
If you believe you were charged, please do not pay again. Contact support@artnfacts.com and include:
- Your receipt reference
- The approximate date of the payment
- A short description of the error or what happened
Never email full card details, passwords, or your private access code. Only use support@artnfacts.com for customer support.
